Description
This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against BAG1, also known as BAG cochaperone 1. The unconjugated antibody is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.5, and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It shows reactivity with human and mouse samples.
BAG1 is an intracellular protein found in the nucleoplasm and cytosol, belongs to the family of cancer-related genes, and exhibits low tissue specificity, mapping to chromosome 9 in humans with a mouse ortholog.
