Anti-BAF170 (M388) Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 350-402 of human BAF170, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of the BAF170 protein. It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, the reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 170 kDa.
