Anti-BAF170 Antibody

Sourced and quality-controlled by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal reagent is raised in Rabbit against a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of human BAF170 (SMARCC2), enabling sensitive detection of endogenous SMARCC2 protein. The IgG isotype antibody is supplied as a 50 µL liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL. It is unconjugated and affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography against the epitope-specific immunogen, supporting low-background detection in standard immunoassays. Validation has been performed for ELISA, Western blot (WB), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with confirmed reactivity against Human and Mouse samples — useful for chromatin-remodelling, SWI/SNF complex and transcriptional-regulation research where BAF170 (BRG1-associated factor 170) function is being characterised.
