This polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against Bad phosphorylated at serine 136 (phospho S136). It is a rabbit IgG antibody supplied in unconjugated form, generated using a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding S136 of human Bad as the immunogen.
The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) application and has been demonstrated to react with Human and Mouse samples. For handling, the antibody is shipped at 4 °C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
