Anti-Bad (phospho-S112) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets the Bad protein when phosphorylated at Serine 112. Raised in rabbit and purified by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, the unconjugated reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Bad around the phosphorylation site of Serine 112, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of Bad only when phosphorylated at Ser112. Purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, and the expected molecular weight is approximately 24 kDa.
