Antibodies.com offers this rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against the Bad protein. The reagent is unconjugated and supplied as 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.
It was generated using a synthetic peptide immunogen corresponding to amino acids 100-145 of Human Bad, and the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The protein target has a reported molecular weight of ~ 24 kDa.
Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is reported to detect endogenous levels of BAD protein.
