Anti-Bad (I106) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, available through Antibodies.com, targets the Bad protein. It is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 72–126 of human Bad and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The unconjugated reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and detects endogenous levels of Bad protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.

The reagent has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 24 kDa. Two scientific validation images are referenced for the WB and IHC applications.
