Anti-BAD Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against BAD, supplied by Antibodies.com. The antibody is unconjugated and has been validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC).

Reactivity is reported against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of BAD protein. The immunogen used was recombinant full-length Human BAD. The preparation is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. Purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, following affinity purification from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 18 and 24 kDa.
