Anti-BAD (Ab-155) Antibody

Raise reliable detection of the pro-apoptotic Bcl-2 family member BAD with this affinity-purified reagent from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide spanning residues153–157 (R-M-S-D-E) of mouse BAD. Supplied at 50 µl per vial at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, the polyclonal antibody is unconjugated and validated for Western blotting and immunohistochemistry on human samples, where it recognizes endogenous levels of total BAD protein.
