Anti-BACH1 (L160) Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 131–180 of Human BACH1. The antibody detects endogenous levels of BACH1 protein and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The target protein has a molecular weight of ~ 83 kDa.
