Anti-BACE1 Antibody

Manufactured for Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal directed against BACE1, provided as an unconjugated liquid IgG preparation. It has been validated for detection of human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 22–322 of human BACE1 (NP_036236.1). The antibody is affinity-purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with a reported molecular weight of 70 kDa. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Recommended applications are Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, with suggested dilutions of 1:100–1:500 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.
