Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against the BACE (D492) epitope. The unconjugated reagent is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 480–520 of Human BACE, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of BACE protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
The antibody is produced in rabbit and affinity-purified from antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen; the resulting preparation is greater than 95% pure by SDS-PAGE.
