Description
A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against B4GALT6. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot and reacts with human and mouse samples, with an IgG isotype. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human B4GALT6, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of B4GALT6 protein with a reported molecular weight of approximately 45 kDa. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
