Anti-B4GALT3 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and purified by affinity-chromatography against an epitope-specific immunogen derived from the internal region of human B4GALT3, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied as an unconjugated IgG at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL aliquot. The formulation is phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is intended to detect endogenous levels of total B4GALT3 protein. Validated applications cover Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and the antibody has been confirmed to cross-react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. For best stability the supplier recommends aliquoting upon delivery and storing at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
