Anti-B4GALT1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets B4GALT1 and is unconjugated. Validated for Western Blot (WB), it reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the C-terminal of human B4GALT1 and detects endogenous levels of total B4GALT1 protein. It is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
