Anti-B4GALT1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com comes this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody directed against B4GALT1. The unconjugated reagent is validated for western blot applications and is reported to react with human, mouse and rat samples.

Supplied as a liquid formulation of phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, the antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 45–210 of human B4GALT1 (NP_001488.2). The manufacturer recommends a working dilution of 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 55 kDa. The reagent is KO validated.
