Anti-B3GALT4 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets B3GALT4. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) applications, with reactivity against human samples.

The antibody was generated using a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human B3GALT4 and detects endogenous levels of total B3GALT4 protein. It is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol.

The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
