Anti-B2M Antibody (HRP) [KT135]

Mouse monoclonal (KT135) antibody to B2M conjugated to HRP, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody validated for sELISA on human samples. The antibody is of the IgG1 isotype and is provided in liquid form, with the IgG purified through a Protein A column and labelled with horseradish peroxidase.

The immunogen is purified native human B2M, and the product is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, carrier-free, with optional 0.01% thimerosal, at a concentration of 1 mg/ml. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. The recommended dilution for sELISA is 1/2,000.
