Anti-B-raf Antibody [G11-G]

Antibodies.com offers this rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone G11-G) directed against B-raf, supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent of the IgG isotype. The immunogen is a peptide derived from human B-raf around the Val-600 residue, corresponding to Val 637 of mouse or rat B-raf.

The reagent has been validated for immunohistochemistry on paraffin and frozen sections (IHC-P, IHC-Fr), with recommended IHC dilutions of 1:100–1:200. It reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The formulation is Tris Buffered Saline, pH 8.0, containing 20 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide, and the product should be stored at 4°C.
