Anti-B-RAF Antibody

Offered through Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human B-RAF, enabling detection of endogenous levels of total B-RAF protein in both human and mouse samples. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as50 µl of rabbit IgG at 1.0 mg/mL, formulated in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4 with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol for stability. It is validated for western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows, and is purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. For handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve performance.
