Anti-B-Myb (G573) Antibody

The Antibodies.com primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against B-Myb (G573). It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence applications, including ICC/IF. The unconjugated antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 543–590 of human B-Myb and detects endogenous levels of the B-Myb protein. It reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 80 and 100 kDa. The product is supported by one scientific validation image.
