B-cell linker protein (BLNK), also designated SLP-65, is a cytoplasmic adaptor essential for signal transduction downstream of the B-cell receptor. It scaffolds Syk-phosphorylated effectors and coordinates calcium mobilization, NF-κB activation, and proliferation in developing and mature B cells. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against the human target and validated for western blot and immunofluorescence workflows. Supplied as 100 µl of liquid antibody, it enables detection of endogenous BLNK in human cell lines and primary lymphocytes. Researchers studying BCR signaling pathways, agammaglobulinemia mechanisms, or adaptive immunity can pair this reagent with standard immunoblotting membranes and fluorescent secondary antibodies.
