Anti-AZGP1 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and purified by antigen-affinity chromatography, this polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com targets the zinc-alpha-2-glycoprotein encoded by the AZGP1 gene (also known as ZAG, Zn-alpha-2-GP, or ZNGP1). The antibody was generated against a recombinant human AZGP1 immunogen and specifically recognizes the endogenous total AZGP1 protein. It is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume as an unconjugated formulation in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, with no magnesium or calcium salts present. Validated applications include Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and the reagent has been characterized for reactivity with human samples (with mouse reactivity also noted on the manufacturer's datasheet). For handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon receipt and stored at –20 °C, taking care to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
