Anti-AXL (phospho-Y703) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting AXL phosphorylated at Tyrosine 703 is supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody validated for Western blot applications. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human AXL around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 703. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of AXL protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr703 (Human) or Tyr697 (Mouse).

Provided at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, the reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. Purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, and the reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 98 kDa.
