Anti-AXIN2 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab185821)

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises Axin 2 (AXIN2). It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The reagent is a polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 9–600 of human AXIN2 (NP_004646.3). It is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a molecular weight of 100 kDa and the concentration is lot specific.

Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:100 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The product is supported by 4 scientific validation images. For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
