Anti-AXIN2 Antibody

This unconjugated polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com was raised in rabbit against AXIN2, a scaffold protein that acts as a negative feedback regulator of the canonical Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway and is also recruited to sites of DNA damage. The affinity-purified reagent is supplied in a 100 µl vial and is validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence applications across human, mouse, and rat samples.

Because AXIN2 expression rises in response to Wnt activation, this antibody is widely used to monitor pathway activity in stem cell biology, intestinal crypt homeostasis, colorectal cancer research, and studies of embryonic patterning. Researchers also use it to follow β-catenin destruction complex assembly and turnover in cell lysates and fixed tissue sections.

For best results, store the vial refrigerated at 4 °C in working aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and dilute immediately before use in an appropriate assay buffer.
