Anti-AVPR2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting AVPR2 (also referred to as V2R), supplied as a primary antibody reagent by Antibodies.com. The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, raised in rabbit, and purified by affinity chromatography.

Validated for Western blot, this reagent is reactive with human samples, with reactivity to monkey also noted. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 232–371 of human AVPR2 (NP_000045.1). The product is provided as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and the target's reported molecular weight is 46 kDa. Antibody concentration is lot specific. For storage, the reagent is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon arrival, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
