Anti-AVPR1A Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to AVPR1A, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications, reacting with human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 349-418 of human AVPR1A (NP_000697.1). It is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 60 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
