Anti-Autotaxin Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a polyclonal reagent raised in rabbit, this affinity-purified antibody recognizes Autotaxin (ENPP2), the ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase family member 2 also known as ATX, NPP2, LysoPLD, and PDNP2. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human Autotaxin, and the antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. Supplied as a 50 µl liquid volume at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, this unconjugated polyclonal preparation is validated for Western blotting (WB) on lysates and samples from human, mouse, and rat. The reagent is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. Intended for research use only, it is designed to detect endogenous levels of the Autotaxin protein in standard immunoblotting workflows.
