Anti-AURKC Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets AURKC, also referenced as IPL-1/STK13/Aurora C. Raised in rabbit, the unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and it reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–100 of human AURKC (NP_001015878.1). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and it has been purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 36 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for IHC.
