Anti-AURKB (Y8) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against AURKB (Aurora B kinase) using a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminal region of human AURKB. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, and detects endogenous levels of AURKB protein.

Reactivity has been demonstrated in human, mouse, and rat samples. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The AURKB target migrates at approximately 39 kDa.
