Anti-AURKB/C (K197) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against AURKB/C (K197) is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). Reactive with human, mouse and rat samples, the reagent was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 163–213 of human AURKB and detects endogenous levels of AURKB and AURKC protein.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The reported molecular weight is approximately 35 and 39 kDa.
