Anti-AURKA (phospho-T288) Antibody

A primary antibody offered by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent targets AURKA phosphorylated at Threonine 288 (phospho-T288). It is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human AURKA surrounding the Threonine 288 phosphorylation site. It specifically detects endogenous levels of AURKA only when phosphorylated at Thr288, and is supplied unconjugated. The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 46 kDa.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
