Anti-AURKA (phospho T288) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against Aurora A (AURKA) when phosphorylated at Thr288, distributed by Antibodies.com. The reagent is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, raised in rabbit, and validated for Western blot, with reactivity confirmed against human samples. It was raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide centred on T288 of human AURKA (NP_003591.2), with the immunogen sequence RTTLC, and is affinity purified. The product is supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.3 containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; the target has a reported molecular weight of 48 kDa. The recommended Western blot dilution is 1:500–1:2,000. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
