Anti-AURKA (N-terminus) Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a mouse monoclonal reagent raised against the N-terminal region of Aurora kinase A (AURKA), a ~46 kDa serine/threonine kinase involved in mitotic spindle assembly and frequently overexpressed in epithelial cancers. The antibody was generated using a recombinant full-length human AURKA (N-terminus) immunogen and is affinity-purified from mouse ascites by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied as 50 µl of purified mouse monoclonal in a buffer containing 0.1 M Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4), 150 mM NaCl, 0.2% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the unconjugated reagent is recommended for Western blot (WB) applications at a working dilution range of 1:200–1:1000, where it detects the predicted ~46 kDa band of endogenous AURKA.
