Anti-AURKA (N-terminus) Antibody

A mouse monoclonal antibody that recognizes the N-terminus of Aurora kinase A (AURKA), a serine/threonine kinase central to mitotic spindle assembly and chromosome segregation. The unconjugated reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied as a 100 µl purified preparation in 0.1M Tris-Glycine buffer (pH 7.4) with 150 mM NaCl, 0.2% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and it is validated for western blot detection in human and monkey samples.

Researchers use this reagent to track endogenous AURKA expression across the cell cycle, investigate mitotic entry and exit, and probe AURKA overexpression in tumor cell lines and primary tissue lysates.
