Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against AURKA and is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples. The reagent is supplied unconjugated.
According to the manufacturer's specification, the antibody is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and was generated using recombinant full-length human AURKA as the immunogen. It detects endogenous levels of AURKA protein, corresponding to a molecular weight of approximately 46 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
