Anti-AURKA Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Aurora A (AURKA), supplied by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and is reactive with Human and Mouse samples. Validated applications include Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence.

The product is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity-purified. Reported molecular weight is 46 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The concentration is described as lot-specific.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 1–100 of human AURKA (NP_003591.2). The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
