Anti-AUH Antibody

A polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit and directed against AUH. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration and is validated for Western blot, with immunohistochemistry (IHC) also listed as an application. Reactivity has been demonstrated with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 68–339 of human AUH (NP_001689.1). The target has a reported molecular weight of 30 kDa. The antibody is formulated in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography.

For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is given. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
