Description
Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody of the IgG isotype, raised in rabbit against ATXN7L2 and available from Antibodies.com. The unconjugated reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human ATXN7L2, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of the target protein. It is validated for Western blot on human, mouse and rat samples.
Affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen yields a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, and the target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 77 kDa.
