Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets ATXN7 and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It is unconjugated, raised in rabbit, and reacts with Human and Mouse samples.
The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human ATXN7 and specifically detects endogenous levels of ATXN7 protein. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
The expected molecular weight of the target is approximately 95 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The isotype is IgG.
