Anti-ATXN3 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab175265)

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to Ataxin 3 (ATXN3), offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and has been shown to react with human, mouse and rat samples.

The reagent was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–364 of human Ataxin-3 (ATXN3) (NP_004984.2) and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, with a predicted molecular weight of 42 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
