Anti-ATXN10 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting ATXN10 (also known as SCA10), available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and has been validated for Western Blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 346-475 of human ATXN10 (NP_037368.1). Predicted molecular weight is 45 kDa. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and has been affinity-purified. Recommended dilutions are WB at 1:500-1:2,000 and ICC/IF at 1:50-1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
