Anti-Atrophin-1 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent targeting Atrophin-1. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry (ICC), and immunoprecipitation (IP), and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 135-180 of human Atrophin-1, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of Atrophin-1 protein.

The target has a molecular weight of approximately 150-180 kDa. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The isotype is IgG.
