Anti-ATRIP (D64) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against ATRIP (D64) and validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The unconjugated antibody is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples.

It was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 30-76 of human ATRIP as immunogen. The antibody detects endogenous levels of ATRIP protein, with a reported molecular weight of ~80 kDa. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity of >95% by SDS-PAGE.
