ATRIP (ATR Interacting Protein) partners with the ATR kinase to anchor the DNA damage checkpoint, binding RPA-coated single-stranded DNA at stalled replication forks and activating downstream Chk1 signaling. This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against ATRIP and validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows in human and mouse samples.
The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with each vial containing 100 µl of antibody. Researchers studying genome stability, replication stress, S-phase checkpoint control, and homology-directed DNA repair use this reagent to monitor ATR pathway activation in cell lysates, frozen sections, and fixed tissue specimens.
