Anti-ATR (Phospho-Ser428) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com that recognises ATR only when phosphorylated at serine 428. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide sequence around the phosphorylation site (G-I-S(p)-P-K) derived from human ATR and purified by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific phosphopeptide, with non-phospho-specific antibodies removed. It is supplied unconjugated at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.
