Description
Primary antibody from Antibodies.com raised in Rabbit as a polyclonal reagent against ATP8. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) applications, with reactivity toward Mouse samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 46-60 of Mouse ATP8, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of ATP8 protein.
Supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.3, the reagent has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. Purity is > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, and the target protein has a molecular weight of ~ 8 kDa.
