Anti-ATP7A (H640) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ATP7A and directed to the H640 epitope region. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody was generated against amino acids 620–670 of Human ATP7A as a synthetic peptide immunogen and specifically detects endogenous levels of ATP7A protein. It has a molecular weight of approximately 163 kDa and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
