Anti-ATP7A Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ATP7A, produced as an IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated. The reagent is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and has been shown to react with Human and Rat samples.

The antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-170 of human ATP7A (NP_000043.4). The target protein has a molecular weight of 180 kDa. The product is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The concentration is lot specific. Recommended Western Blot dilutions are 1:100 to 1:500.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
